What's Included with Your RV Rental:
Terms and Conditions: All the terms listed below specifically apply to rentals for the Burning Man event in 2024 and override any typical rental contract terms.
Insurance: Insurance is included in the rate.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $4,000 is required for all drivable motorhomes due to the environmental risk of vehicles being in Black Rock City. Upon return of the vehicle, Fireside will do a thorough inspection to determine any damages. Returns will be required to take special precautions to protect against damages that will be discussed with each rental. If these procedures are followed and the RV is take care of properly, you can expect to receive your security deposit 10-14 days after the vehicle’s return date.
Mileage: Your rental includes 1500 miles, which is more than enough for the round trip to Black Rock City. Additional mileage is charged at $1/mile over the 1500-mile allowance.
Rental Dates: Let us know, and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Liquid Propane (LP): All rentals come with a full tank of propane, ready for your adventure.
Generator Use: 60 hours of generator use are included. After that, it's $5 per hour, excluding additional fuel costs.
Return Cleaning: We understand that playa dust gets everywhere, but the RV should be returned trash-free. No personal items, trash or food should be left behind in the coach. Our Burning Man cleaning fee is $500 which allows for the extra cleaning required after each burn.
Gray & Black Water Tanks: Renter is responsible for returning waste tanks empty. Vehicles returned with tanks not emptied will be charged $200.
Fresh Water: Upon request, we can fill your fresh water tank. Be aware that fresh water increases vehicle weight and decreases MPG, so filling up closer to Burning Man is recommended. However, we’re happy to provide a full tank when you pick up your RV.
Delivery: Please call us to discuss delivery options. We cannot deliver directly into the Burning Man event, but options may include Reno and the Gerlach area, based on driver availability.
